BETNOW is the brand name of Open Vantage Limited and is a private limited company, incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, company number 05600602.

Open Vantage Limited holds a Combined Remote Operating Licence number 000-002314-R-103502-001 issued by the Gambling Commission under Part 5 of the Gambling Act 2005.

betNOW has received approval from the PhonepayPlus to operate this service using the UK mobile networks.

betNOW complies with the June 2007 Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice Condition 4; Any money deposited with us in a betNOW Account will not attract any interest. Money deposited with us is held in a normal bank account called Open Vantage Limited and is not subject to any special trust arrangements. Therefore betNOW does not provide any particular protection for this money in the event of Open Vantage's insolvency.

Open Vantage maintains a comprehensive account history for each customer. This is readily accessible to our customers via the betNOW website when you log on. This  contains views of all your messages, bets and your transaction history since you joined the service. Upon request this information will be provided to you by whichever means is most convenient e.g. email, fax or post.

If you feel that your complaint was not satisfactorily resolved by us you should make a complaint to IBAS in the UK.
